Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns on products once they have been delivered.
  • However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return due to product damage, you must provide a video of the unboxing process, showing the package being opened and the condition of the product.
  • The unboxing video should be clear, continuous, and without edits.
  • If the product is found to be damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with the video proof.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are not permitted unless a damaged product is received as per the terms mentioned above.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will only be processed for products that meet our return criteria (damaged during delivery and supported by an unboxing video).
  • Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
